The Government has resurrected the Superannuation Guarantee (SG) amnesty giving employers that have fallen behind with their SG obligations the ability to “self-correct.” This time however, the incentive of the amnesty is strengthened by harsh penalties for those that fail to take action.

The other day, I sat down to have a conversation with a guy, who we’ll call Bill. He runs a service-based business and we eventually got into a conversation around what the issues were that were stressing him out…

Having a more robust sales process is not going to save the day in your business. There is no point in pouring money into acquiring new clients if you are struggling to hold on to them. The ability to deliver consistently on your promises is the key to client retention and building a reputable business.
